How to send the NPS survey in different languages
Depending on your customer base, there are two different ways of doing so.
1- All your customers speak the same language other than English.
Go to "Personalize Survey", you will see a language drop-down.
You can select the language your customers speak, and the NPS questions, answers, and thank you page will be automatically translated.
This will not change the language of the Promoter Ninja user interface.
2- Your customers speak different languages.
You can add our locale property in your CSV when uploading your customers' data or when using the API. Then, you will specify the language used in the survey on a per-person basis.
We currently support the following locales:
