How do I start using Promoter Ninja?
Promoter Ninja makes it easy to gather customers' feedback and track your NPS, or Net Promoter Score.
You can collect feedback via e-mail and SMS, manually or through our API. The easiest way to start is to send a few e-mails manually to see your customers' first reactions.
If you have never asked your customers' opinions, maybe you could start by selecting a sample—i.e., customers who have bought my products or used my services in the last month.
They will receive an e-mail or SMS with a simple question "How likely are you to recommend [brand] to a friend?". Your customers will provide their answers on a scale of 0 – 10:
Promoters: 9 – 10
Passives: 7 – 8
Detractors: 0 – 6
Promoter Ninja will calculate your NPS based on their answers. We will provide a graph with historical data based on all the answers collected.
