Hubspot Integration


Integrating Promoter Ninja with HubSpot enhances your customer feedback management by allowing you to sync survey responses, trigger surveys from workflows, embed surveys in emails, and directly analyze feedback. Here’s how to set up and manage your integration effectively.

Step 1: Connect Promoter Ninja to Your HubSpot Account

  1. Log in to your Promoter Ninja account.

  2. Click on the three dots menu at the top right corner and select ‘Settings’.

  3. Navigate to ‘Integrations’.

  4. Locate HubSpot in the list of integrations and click the ‘Set up’ button.

  5. You will be redirected to HubSpot to log in. Enter your credentials and approve the necessary permissions.

Step 2: Configure Integration Settings

  1. Once the integration is installed, properties will automatically sync without additional configuration.

  2. To manage settings after installation, go to the three-dot menu, select ‘Settings’, and then ‘Integrations’.

  3. Click the ‘Settings’ button next to HubSpot to adjust or review your integration setup.

Step 3: Set Up Survey Triggers with HubSpot Workflows

  1. In HubSpot, navigate to ‘Automation’ and then ‘Workflows’.

  2. Create a new workflow or modify an existing one.

  3. At the desired point in the workflow, add an action by selecting ‘Send Survey’ under the Promoter Ninja Connected App options.

  4. Choose the specific survey you want to send and save your settings.

Step 4: Embed Surveys in HubSpot Emails

  1. Go to ‘Survey People’ in Promoter Ninja and select ‘Link’.

  2. Click the cog icon next to one of the survey links to customize it.

  3. Find the ‘Embed in an email’ section, select ‘HubSpot’, and copy the provided HTML code.

  4. In HubSpot, create or edit an email campaign and insert a custom HTML block where you want the survey to appear. Paste the copied code into the HTML block.

Step 5: Test Your Integration

  1. Trigger a test survey through your HubSpot workflow to ensure the survey is sent as expected.

  2. Check the corresponding HubSpot contact to see if the response is synced correctly.

  3. Ensure the survey appears correctly in your test email and the response data is accessible in HubSpot.
